“My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Crafted Projects for our recent home renovation. 

Sam and Grant were incredibly detailed and transparent with the pricing and contract process, and as such we did not experience any unforeseen costs along the way (apart from a small section of rising damp, which once discovered, was promptly priced and taken care of to a high standard). The communication throughout the process was second to none. Sam would provide weekly updates via email that were extremely detailed. He would also update us on the plans for the following week.

Both Sam and Grant would always make themselves available for a walk-around at times that suited us, sometimes outside of trade hours, which was greatly appreciated.

All of their subcontractors were polite and professional, and we have continued to use some of them for other minor jobs since. 

We were delighted that the project ran entirely on schedule. This was so impressive considering the number of tradespeople and materials delivering on time to achieve this. 

Inevitably, problems arise along the way with a complex renovation,  and it was impressive to watch Sam and Grant troubleshoot these and come up with a sensible solution every time.

They clearly have a great deal of experience and take a lot of pride in their work. They demand the same of their subcontractors, who all seem to work to the same high standard.

I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Sam and Grant and the greater Crafted Projects team to anyone. I have already recommended them to several friends who are planning renovations and I hope something comes of this as it’s the least we can do to say thank you.”
